"Goal Setting is Goal getting.
                                                               Set and Get."
         What this quote means is if you set a goal and you work towards it, you will achieve that goal you are working towards. You can't just set a goal and then wait for it to accomplish itself. You must work towards what you, towards that goal! Ever successful person has goals they set to be that successful person they are. When you have goals you have something to work towards. One day if you work hard enough you should be able to achieve those goals you have set. You set goals and then you go out and get them. You achieve those goals and you never give up on them. Goal setting is going to get you were you need to be or where you want to be. Write down every goal you have and be specific on it and go  and achieve that goal. Everyone should go ahead and write down your goals on a paper.
